G-3 PowerPC running I-Movie HD I installed I-Movie HD on a PowerPC G-3, 600mghz, 768RAM, I-Mac, running Panther 10.3.7, and when working on a movie project, the activity monitor shows the processor maxed out. The video plays choppy and every edit command is delayed. What can I do? Can a higher speed processor be installed on these G-3's? Can I do this myself? Or do I have to downgrade to an earlier version of I-Movie and OS? One forum suggested I go to OS 10.2.8 and I-Movie 4.01. According to I-Life sys req's, I am within the ranges to operate but that's not what I am experiencing.
