I managed to fix the issue with just having my computer do a restore point even though i like to know what exactly happened to my computer that caused the issue,it it seems it was not a virus just a misplaced file... If i were to take a guess... i have a program called regcure it seems to have run to clean my registry for unneeded registry keys and might have erased a necessary windows registry key... but beyond that i am not sure thank you for your suggestions none the less. |
