Get rid of anything Uniblue that you've installed in that computer because they're worthless and dangerous.

Most driver scanners are a rip-off and are unreliable, so stay away from them.

If all the devices in your computer are working properly, there's no need to worry about locating and updating their drivers.

Flavallee is 110% right. Anything this company makes is dangerous and sneaky. You will probably find that it is NOT listed in your Add/Remove Programs (XP) or Programs and Features, if you're using Win 7, a way to keep it from being deleted by unsavvy computer users. It IS found by my favorite 3rd-party uninstaller, RevoUninstaller, so if you don't already have that, download it from here. It's free, unless you opt for the "pro" version, so DO NOT click on the "Download" button you see first; scroll down and click the button at the bottom of the "Free" column.

If you don't want to do that, reboot into Safe Mode, open Explorer, find the Uniblue folder and ZAP IT!!. Reboot back to normal Windows. Then (if you don't have it), download CCleaner, run the Cleaner, then run the Registry Cleaner at level 4, clicking the "Select All" and "Delete" buttons on any screens that come up. That will remove the junk left behind after you zap the Uniblue folder.

Have you installed it? How you use it is obvious. Open it. It displays icons for all the programs on your computer. Find the icon for Uniblue and double-click it. It may ask if you want to uninstall it; answer yes. Select level 4 uninstall and click next. Follow the prompts and the instructions in my previous message.
