Senario digital ornament formatting issue
I have a senario digital ornament but do not have the CD that came with it. My computer is saying that I need to format it, and will not allow me to add or change any pictures that are on it. Can someone please help me figure out how to format it or where to find the information that came on the CD?

forgot to mention
I forgot to mention that I did follow the computer's prompts to format it, but it is giving me an error message.
