When i was stationed in japan i built my PC. i have a Japanese windows 7 ultimate and want to reformat and install it with English for the default language. the OS is in Japanese now and after i shipped it back home it it crashes and reboots randomly. it has errors but since its in Japanese i can cant trouble shoot. i am and still looking on the internet for a way. i posted this because if some one knows how i trust this site over any other site. any help would be nice.

It's not unusual for PCs to have such problems after being shipped so far, or even across the room.
Re-seat the RAM and all cards, checking for loose connections while you're in there.
