Your PC or laptop does not seem to have the minimum system requirements for running Adobe AfterEffects CS5.5, but since you haven't posted your OS version or system specs I can only guess that's what your problem is.

In particular, the first error WARNING: DW065: Display requirements not met, I interpret that to mean your screen resolution is too low. for CS5.5 I believe it needs to be at least 1280×900 to accommodate all the dialog boxes and palettes.

Yes, I am running Windows 7 and i recently reformated, so all of my Wirless, Intel and ETC. drivers are missing now
My screen resolution is currently 1366x768 but my native resolution was 1920x1080 :/

I suggest updating/installing the drivers first before trying to install Adobe After Effects.
