I am using the same link you gave me last time for the message store. I have no idea if it's for the new identity. My outbox is empty.

The path in the Tools>Options>Maintenance tab>Store Folder>Store Location box is for the Identity that is currently open.
So if you are in the new Identity and follow the instructions in Post #11, you should be opening the Message Store for the new Identity.
I just want to be sure you didn't save the path and are using it from when you were opening the store in the old Identity.

Also be sure that when you open OE, it is indeed opening in the new Identity. It will say at the top left of the window "Outlook Express-identity", with identity being whatever you named it.

One more question: Are the DBX files you listed the only ones you see in the Message Store folder?

OK. First problem I see is your Sent Items is very large.
Create some subfolders of it in OE and split up the contents of the Sent Items into the subfolders.
To do that, in OE right click the Sent Items in the left folder pane>New Folder. Do that at least 3 times, naming each Sent 1, Sent 2, Sent 3.
Select about a third of the messages in the Sent Items and move them to Sent 1. Repeat for the other folders until Sent Items is empty.
Quick selection method is to click a message, scroll down and while holding the Shift key on your keyboard down, click another message. Everything in between will highlight.
Once empty, select Sent Items and click File>Folder>Compact.

Open the Message Store folder and close OE. You should see the 3 subfolder DBX files you created, Sent 1.dbx, Sent 2.dbx, Sent 3.dbx. Seeing them guarantees you're in the right place.
Check the size of the Sent Items.dbx. It should now be down to between 55-70KB (give or take a few KB).
Each of the new subfolder DBX's should be over 100+ MB due to the messages you moved into them in OE.

While in the Message Store, Delete the Outbox.dbx.
You're saying the Outbox is empty in OE, but the DBX says its loaded with over 13 MB of data. It should be between 55-70 KB.
Open OE and see what size the Outbox.dbx is that gets regenerated (you may need to refresh the Message Store folder to see it).
Send yourself a test message and then recheck the sizes of the Sent Items.dbx and Outbox.dbx.

Please post the results of this.

I'll guess that the Outbox size is after you sent yourself a test message.
In OE select the Outbox and File>Folder>Compact.
Now check the size of the Outbox.dbx and see if it's smaller than the 138KB.

Have the errors stopped since regenerating the Outbox?

So it's been OK for about 3 days?
Open the Message Store and check the sizes of the DBX files (in particular the Inbox and Outbox) and post what they are.

Also, was OE working until the Outbox.dbx started growing in size?

Let me try that a little differently.
In Post #66 I asked you to compact the Outbox and check it's size. Please do that now.

The question of the errors should be simple. Did they go away for a few days and just return when you posted yesterday?
