unable to burn cds (cd burner or software not found) and unable to download itunes up
I am having two problems with itunes. I am unable to download the most recent download 10.6.3 and have been unable to do so since 10.6.1. It says errors occurred while installing the updates. If the problems persist choose Tools>Download Only and try installing manually. When I do, I end up with "error writing to file:C:\Config.Msi\2456585e.rbf" and have no idea what that means.
I am also unable to burn any cds. When I try to, it say disc burner or software not found. I have burned cds in the past.
I have a sony vaio with vista on it and the following:

1. I'd uninstall the cd burner you are using, uninstall all itunes software, then use ccleaner to run cleaner.

2. Restart your vaio, and install fresh versions of itunes, cdburner xp.

music question
Wont I lose all my music that way? Most of it came from itunes, but a fair share of it was downloaded from discs.
