Solved: Sansa SanDisc doesn't show on as drive
When I connect my Sansa Sandisc mp3 player to my HP (Visa Operating system) Pavilion it doesn't show up as a drive. It does show up on my Dell Inspiron. Any thoughts?

You probably need to install SanDisk Media Manager: http://kb-eu.sandisk.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/5247

(Ignore the promotional code requirement - it's no longer required)

I tried it, but the computer still doesn't recognize the SanDisk. The SanDisk itself says it's connected, but it doesn't show up as a drive.

On the player go to Settings and make sure the USB transfer mode is set to MSC Mode (Mass Storage Class).
