Adobe flash player.
I have downloaded and installed Adobe flash player for times. It says the installation is complete and running, but whenever I go to a web site that requires it, the program
says I need Adobe flash player. What am I doing wrong, and what should I do. I emailed Adobe hours ago but got no response. Thanks! My computer has Windows 7 Ultimate.

See if anything here helps;http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/...r-windows.html

I always run the Adobe uninstaller before every upgrade and, instead of using the 'online' installation from the main Adobe site, I use the .exe versions which are available in the Troubleshooter (see the paragraph headed 'Progress bar hangs during download...')
