Solved: Annoying Warning and Reminder Messages.
Everytime I start my PC, I get this warning message stating the following:

Your computer is ready for backup.
Your window PC has free computer backup software installed.
Click OK and register your computer and start backup.

Then periodically I get this Reminder Message stating:

Your computer is not backed up.
Back up your files on line today.
Free computer backup available.
Back up now.

How can I stop this warning window. It's very annoying. I think someone is trying to sell me something.

Have you tired clicking on OK to see what the details are for registering the computer? This might tell you what is going on, or what program is lurking in the background.

I checked on the details and I was skeptical about the program. The program name is "Signup Wizard" published by JDI Backup Limited. It was asking me if I should allow to run the software which I declined because I'm not familiar with the origin. Nonetheless, I found the program location and decided to delete it.
