I downloaded text messages from my mobile phone, and to be honest, I don't know how I got them as SMIL Multimedia Presentation files.

The problem is that I can't open them. When I try, realone player is opened but then the message: "A general has occurred. More information is available on the support site of RealNetworks"

But that is not of any help for me!!
I have version 2.0 of realone player

Can anyone help?

Question I have, are the text messages you downloaded to your computer just standard texts, or do they include multimedia aspects?
