My operating system is Windows XP. After downloading updates from
Intuit for Quicken 2004 Deluxe I can no longer open my Quicken files.
When I click on the icon the large Quicken logo pops up but the
program will not open, and I receive the message "Could not load SkuMap".
I tried to uninstall and reinstall Quicken but, Windows Uninstall will not
uninstall Quicken. HELP!

I can't find any reference to that error in Google. As you can't uninstall it, see if a restore back a few days will help:

I have tried several Quick Restores with no luck. Does anyone have another suggestion?
