problem with diskeeper pro
I just started having a problem with diskeeper pro. My hard drive has partitions and everytime I try to defrag the 2nd one I get a message that CHKDSK is scheduled to run on this partition. I reboot, CHKDSK runs, and I still get the same message when I try a defrag.

that happened to me a while back

in diskeeper open the boot-time defrag job properties(the disc icon at the top with the green square)
highlight the drive in question
and set it to look like the attatchment pic

make sure CHKDSK is not checked

then apply>ok...(or ok>apply i forget which, it lets you know if it's the wrong order i think)
close diskeeper

i think you have to restart
should be ok after that, let me know how you make out
