earthlink total access
My laptop has Earthlink Total Access software on it and I have been unable to delete it. There are a great deal of Earthlink Total Access program files, and I am not sure how to kill this thing without wrecking my laptop.

Hi dohrmc,

Welcome to TSG!

In C:\Program Files\EarthLink TotalAccess folder look for a file named, uninstall.exe or try using the Start button->Control Panel and select the Add/Remove List of Programs installed (try this first).

Or, try the Start button and use the All Programs link and select the EarthLink TotalAccess item with the Uninstall selection.
