The ONLY way to actually hide your IP is to go through a proxy somewhere on the Internet. The previous suggestion is one such facility.

yea but these use proxies, also is the website down because when i click the link to download it takes me to google

In that case, I suggest you don't do things that require you to hide your IP address.

FWIW, the previous link to http://www.torrify.com/ takes me to the site with no issues.

Well first off i beleive that if you are trying to hide your IP Address and the program you are using fails to solve the problem then most likely you are trying to use the program to hide your IP address for something that is not a Web Browser Hide IP programs and Proxies only work on hiding IPs or bypassing website blocks on a Web Browser not hiding a IP on a download or a Program.
