What do you have as your settings for time server? Here's what works for me here, double click on the time on the taskbar:

Thanks John,
My time was correct, but after reading this post thought I would just check mine.
I tried manually to synchronize my clock to internet time and was having an error. I went to the
registry and added the IP address you are using. It connected the first time with no error.
Don't know the reason for the problem connecting with the defaults:
time.windows.com or the time.nist.gov
Yours works perfectly, so thanks for the tip.
Would you recommend setting the update time to quicker than the default 7 days?

I set mine to a shorter interval, I figured it wouldn't hurt anything.

Read post 3. You can add additional Time Servers in the Registry.
http://articles.techrepublic.com.com...1-5109818.html

You can Google search for a list of time servers to use.

Change the name in the pull down to
time-b.nist.gov

Or pick one that is close to you from the ones listed here
