xdrive desktop will not log in
I have worked through several errors trying to get this software to work, including error 53. I'm pretty sure I have my firewall properly setup with the 3 .exe files.

Now when I try to log in, Xdrive Desktop goes through the motions and never gives an error. But it doesn't log in either. It just goes right back to the login screen without any explanation of why it was not successful.

Any ideas?

Thanks,

Roger

I am currently having problems with mine 2. Xdrive gave 2 explanations either we are typing in the wrong username and/or password, or we need to adjust our proxy settings.
Now I remember why I don't like AOL.

Well, I disconnected from my company network and went on with dial-up through earthlink. got the same results.

I know that my username and password are correct because I use it to log into the web version without a problem and when I log in with a bad username or password, I get an error.

I can also say that with my Earthlink test, it appears to not be an issue with a router or proxy server.

I gave up and uninstalled. I'll just use the web interface to backup.
