Have installed Adobe CS3 Web Premium and trying to activate the product online but I receive the message 'unable to activate' after inputting my serial. Is there a way to bypass this process?

You can try Phone Activation.
It's automated, just touch in your Activation Number, when you hear the Authorization Number, type it into the spaces provided.
If there is a problem with the license, you'll have to hang on and talk to real person about it.
