Unhappy re-installing WinFax Pro 10
I have a new computer and want to reinstall my old software on to it. The installation hangs up and will not finish the install of my WinFax Pro 10 software. I have Windows XP with Service Pack 2 installed, 200 GB Harddrive and 2 GB of Memory.

The installation go through and says it is finished. Next a diologue box appears asking for my CSID, Fax number & Phone number. It lets me type in my CSID in the dialogue box. When I tab or just move the cursor with the mouse and start to type in the fax number it reversts back to the autoinstall screen.

How do I get past this to finish the installation. All help will be greatly appreciated!

Hi, This can be a difficult program to remove, please check through what is says at the link below, and make sure you have the things removed that it says should go:

I know the link is about when Add/Remove Programs does not work to remove WinFax, but something may have been left that is preventing your reinstall, I believe.
