Unhappy Control panel on start menu locked
I have a rather strange problem, I recently installed cafezee cyber cafe program on my systems, (yes it is bought and paid for), in the process of setting up the system, I changed the server, and neglected to remove all the security settings before doing so, Now I have one of my computers will not allow me to access my control panel in order to uninstall that version of cafezee, I have tried starting in safe mode, keeps giving me the message to restart my system before trying to go into safe mode, system back up is also locked. any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. thanks in advance

There's usually an uninstall link for most programs in the start menu, although if you can't find one then you can run the uninstallation file through a program like CCleaner.
