Unhappy Problem with QuickTime 7
Hi. This is my first post and I am pretty technologically challenged (hence the name) so if you can be as step-by-step as possible with me, it would be greatly appreciated.

So, I have Microsoft Windows XP and the QuickTime I use is the latest, as far as I know, 7.4.5

Now this problem isn't consistent; it comes and goes. Sometimes when I'm trying to play a QuickTime format video on Internet Explorer or Firefox, the QuickTime logo fades away and a white question mark appears on top of it. I have the latest plugin. I don't know what's wrong with it.

Can someone help me?

Take a look at this page. If you need help with completing any of those steps or if that does not work, just post back and I'll try to help you out.
