svchost "Network Service'
Please explain.
On start up my system is very slow. Looking at Task Manager I found that
'svchost' was using up 50% of CPU, very nasty. Coming back after being away for about 20mins scvhost was down to 0% CPU????????????
What goes?

Regards,
Brian

Get Process Explorer: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/s.../bb896653.aspx, and see what sub-process of svchost is the culprit during CPU usage spikes.
