Does this software exist?
Hey,

I'm looking for a program that can automatically open and close other programs on my computer. Something like a timer. Does a program like this exist?

Built into the Operating System
Start | Search Enter Task Scheduler
Chose Create Task..., or Create Basic Task... from the Action Menu

To end a running task, schedule a task to run a batch file that uses the Taskkill command to the end the task you want to stop.

Any third party software (if it exists) would undoubtedly be detected as a virus in operating in that mode.
