Exclamation Error when Win XP loading
Hi Guysm

When windows start - i got this error while loading into winxp program -

C:/WINDOW/system32/winsys16_070803.dll

any idea what is wrong here..

What error are you getting?
Missing file, not a valid Win32 application, page fault, memory fault, ???

FWIW, there is no valid Windows XP file that I know of starts with winsys16

Only references I've found are that that file is part of a trojan or virus.

Hi TheOutcaste,

thanx for the prompt reply, this is when it goes to the winxp program after u log in yur login.
the loading part where is goes to loading all the application then it came out this error.

i do a virus scan and noting virus found.

My guess is you have remnants leftover from this worm: http://www.2-spyware.com/remove-hitapop.html. You can click "Report" in your post and request this to be moved to the Malware Removal forum.
