Outlook 2003 download problem

I am using Outlook 2003 and recently some emails are being downloaded as plain text instead of html. I havent changed any settings but I cant seem to get it fixed either. Some emails will still download as html but some dont. I can veiw them in html from the website but outlook is converting them to plain text. Can anyone help me fix this? Any suggestions?
