Hi,

While trying to switch to a different service provider I became aware that the "Internet Options" (icon/file) accessed through the "Tools" or the "Control Panel" has disappeared as well as the options in that selection. There is now an icon that has no name and does seem to go anywhere (its a picture of a world with a notepad and 2 check marks overlapping the globe... if this helps). I would like to know if there is a way to restore that back to my system somehow. I have tried to do a system restore but it won't do that either, it says I cannot restore to the dates I've chosen and I've tried many. I don't want to do a restore to the original settings if I can avoid it as I don't want to lose everything. Since I haven't tried that, I don't know if it will even let me. Can you help?

I did check my recycle bin and did not see anything there that looks like "internet options"
