Smile Can't send an e-mail
I use IncrediMail for all my e-mail work, both sending receiving. About a weekago I was no longer able to send an e-mail. Everything else is working like it should. I have AVG check for any virus. My grandson was using the computer to play games on it. Could he have hit some button and caused this problem? I have tried to get intouch with IncrediMail, but so far I have not heard from them. Hope you can be of some help, but if you can't, I will understand. This is my first time calling on you.
Thank you, Robert Miles, kypapa21@bellsouth.net. I have a Dell Inspiron D531, using Windows Vista

Hunters - Yes, I Get "operstion Incomplete" In The Top Right Corner.

Hughv - I Went To The Incredimail Center. It Told Me To Double Click Desktop Icon. I Could Not Find This Icon.

All they're saying is to Open Incredimail and delete, then re-create your account.
They're suggesting that your settings are wrong, so double-check everything, including, especially, the server settings and password.

"kypapa": You should never put your e-mail address in a posting, etc. "Crawlers" are looking for them all the time. No fault of TSG, but you have opened yourself up to a multitude of 'spam.'

Click "Edit" and see if you can remove your e-mail addy.
This feature does have a short window of opportunity, so it may already be closed.

Using Incredimail is dangerous. i used that program for all my emailing for about 2 years when the program crashed on me. it would send my computer into a freeze and make it unusable every time it was open. Unfortunately, i also had that in my startup programs so there was almost nothing i could do about. To get it fixed i had to boot my pc of a cd and remove it from my startup programs. Because of that, i lost all my contacts, important emails and everything else that was in my client. And during that time, all the incredimail staff told me to do was upgrade to a newer version which i already had!! I would strongly advise EVERYONE to stay away from this product and switch to a more reliable client like Mozilla Thunderbird

I think I am going to retreat from this request. I don't know what you are talking about, like thread, posting, crawlers, TSG, spam, addy and many others. I have no idea how to delete Incredimail or to recreate. Thank you for your time and interest. I should not have wasted your time. kypapa

i would advise everyone to stay away from incredimail. yes it looks like fun but it made such a mess out my computer and it deleted my cd/dvd drive. i had to reinstall my operating system again thats how bad it was. i think it must be loaded with viruses or spyware of some sort. there are a lot of free email programs out there that are known to be safe. if u have used it and havent had a problem consider yourself lucky.

I have disconnected from IncrediMail. You are the second person who has told me to get away from them. Hope this takes care of my problem. Thanks for your reply. Robert
