Desperately need help to remove CA Parental Control
Hello, I am in desperate need of help to remove CA parental control on my computer.

I have removed all the software following the instructions in CAs knowledge base - including deleting entries through regedit.

Everything related to CA I could find is gone. When I access the internet, I still get parental control block - but now my override password doesn't even work - so I'm really snookered now.

I spent 2 days just getting that far. Then attempted to get support from CA - after spending 2 hours on the phone with them - was told I had to fork out $$ for get live phone support - good grief!!!!! worse customer support experience of my life!!!

I'm at the end of my rope - any assistance is greatfully appreciated!!!!!

I have an HP Pavilion DV6000 running Windows XP Home

Thank you

I'm sorry but we can't assist getting around parental controls as we can't verifiy your situation or intentions.

I have no choice but to close this thread.
