Smile Covert X to DVD
Hi there everyone.

I have a fairly new system set up. However, I am having great difficulty with getting ConvertXtoDVD to work. Basically during the first operation of the converting process at any given point with anything I am converting it will either just shut my PC down completely and restart, or it will just freeze my PC so everything is locked (mouse response, screen flickering etc) and I have to manually switch off my system. I have had I had someone round who is fairly ok with PC's who looked at the specs whlie Convert was in action and my PC was handling everything ok, power wise and not struggling to run the software. So I am just at a loss at to what the problem is.

Can anyone help me please? I am not very good with PS's so any feedback provided I would be very grateful if you can make it as simple as possle for me to understand

I would:
a) get a memory check done, (MEMTEST86)
b) get someone to check that the heat sink and fan are fitted correctly
