Exclamation Vista service pack 1 internal error.
The other day I tried to install vista sp1. Then i installed vista osx(download that make vista look like osx). It worked fine till i realized the internet doesnt work. I restored it from before i installed vista sp 1. Last night i downloaded sp 1 and it kept saying internal error. I went to the microsoft website and all there solutions FAILED miserably. I downloaded the 32 bit and it didnt work. So i did 64 bit. Still didnt work. Then i downloaded the update. STILL DIDNT WORK. it keeps saying internal error. HELP ME!!!

Probably going to need to look in add/remove programs to see if service pack 1 is listed somewhere, if so remove it and undo the system restore you did if sp1 is not listed. Probably the skin pack you downloaded has caused the other problem.

I tried that but it still didnt work. By the way vista osx wasnt the cause of the internet failure. My normal connection was lost because i took of user safety to download osx.

Im not quite sure what you mean by "user safety" but why would you restore for somthing like that? If you check the system properties by going to the start orb>right click computer, then properities does it show sp1 installed?

Something your saying is not adding up. Because UAC and system restore are not related. Have you tried removing the osx skin as well? Also could you perform the procedure completed in my previous post.

Un doing the restore failed as well? What are the specific errors you are getting, your being vauge with details which is not helping me much. If undoing the restore does not fix the problem or the service itself is failing then your probably going to need to do a repair to windows.
