Dreamweaver 8 Issues

hey,
I have Adobe Studio 8 and almost all of the adobe apps work fine.
the thing that annoys me the most is that Dreamweaver 8 doesn't work. it simply shows the splash screen, loads, then exits. i have tried all of the troubleshooting solutions on Adobe's website, but none of them have worked.
