Adobe Acrobat Reader error
Acrobat Reader (versions 7 and 9) displays the following message:

Cannot find or create the font 'Z@RA4E.tmp'. Some characters may not display or print properly.

After clicking OK, only images display, but all text displays as dots. Most .pdf files do not produce this eror. I can't send you an example, because of your size limitations.

Any ideas how to fix?

If the PDF is being received as a ZIP file, fully extract the file before trying to open it.

Thanks for your suggestion. The file is not being received as a ZIP file; just a PDF file.

Do other PDFs display properly?
This may be a problem with the file, not your machine.
