Packard Bell Store & Save error message
Running Windows XP, have AVG software and Spybot installed.

Recently when running Packard Bell Store & Save have been getting message "Cannot copy file NTUSER. File in use"

Have had storage device for a couple of years, only happening recently

Could it be a conflict with AVG?

From what I've seen a novice like me shouldn't go tinterking with NTUSER files

Any leads appreciated
