Dear All:I have a new install of Windows XP Media Center and went through the SP3 updates and installed my application software, including Windows Live Messenger. Everything worked great, including video, etc. Unfortunately, after the next round of updates from Windows Update, I was unable to FTP and could not receive video using Windows Live Messenger. I uninstalled the Logitech camera and got FTP back somehow, but I bought a different web cam and still cannot recieve video with Windows Live Messenger. The only update that did not install properly is .NET 3.5 Family Update. I would really like to get this working. Any help you could provide is appreciated. I am very computer literate, but not a complete expert by any means. Also, please be aware that the purpose of re-installing Windows was to fix this very problem (among others), so I would rather not do a system restore as the problem would just come back again after the next auto-update.Mike
