Paperport 11/not enough scanner memory Using an Epson Perfection1670 scanner to scan documents on Paperport 11.
Scanner is being used as a twain device. All of the tests in the Paperport 11 scanner setup work well. The problem occurs when scanning to existing folders on Paperport 11. Paperport 11 gives the following messages,Image exceeds paperport limits and Out of memory, not enough memory for the scanning device. Close other programs and try again. I can send scanner copied documents from Word or Excel as well as Photoshop but I can not scan directly into Paperport 11 without receiving the previously listed errors. The Dell Optiplex 500 has XP Pro/OS and 768 mb RAM.  |
