Find your solution!

i downloaded the trial version from the adobe website and it said there should be two files
one of them fully downloaded in the download manager
and it said the other is the one i need to open to run the trial
but i cant find it!
i tried all the suggestions adobe had listed and nothing has worked

I always download to a folder on the desktop
Retry and save them in a new folder you have made please
