outlook 2007 and 2002
I created a calendar and list of contacts using Outlook 2007 for a friend who needed my help organizing her business contacts and events. She has Outlook 2002 and I am at a loss as to how to send her these outlook files for her to upload them into her outlook. Any ideas. I tried sending as attachments via email which didn't work.I'm new to working with outlook.Stephanie

Hi sgagos

Welcome to Tech Support Guy forums!

Are you attempting to send the .pst file to her?
If so, make sure you create a .pst file that is compatible with her version of Outlook (Outlook 97-2002 Personal Folders File (.pst)).
Copy the Calendar and Contacts folders to the new .pst file.
Using Windows Explorer, navigate to the location of the .pst file and make a copy of the .pst file.
Paste the .pst file to the Desktop then zip the .pst file and attach it to your e-mail message.
You should also be able to open the folder, directly, containing the .pst file, using:
File > Data File Management
Highlight the .pst file in the Data File Management window and click: Open Folder

You may need to close Outlook 2007 to enable copying the .pst file.

Let us know if that works for you or not.
