Hi
sgagos
Welcome to Tech Support Guy forums!
Are you attempting to send the .pst file to her?
If so, make sure you create a .pst file that is compatible with her version of Outlook (
Outlook 97-2002 Personal Folders File (.pst)).
Copy the Calendar and Contacts folders to the new .pst file.
Using Windows Explorer, navigate to the location of the .pst file and make a copy of the .pst file.
Paste the .pst file to the Desktop then zip the .pst file and attach it to your e-mail message.
You should also be able to open the folder, directly, containing the .pst file, using:
File > Data File Management
Highlight the .pst file in the Data File Management window and click:
Open Folder
You may need to close Outlook 2007 to enable copying the .pst file.
Let us know if that works for you or not.
