Solved: Error message
Hello. I posted this question on another forum and wanted to get some new imput on this one.
I own an old IBM laptop. I have been having problems with an error message that reads.
Please remove disk or other media and press any key to restart.
I have no disk in the drive. I have only a CD drive and a diskette drive. No disk in either drive.
Is there anyway to fix it on my own? I cannot get into Safe Mode either. When it boots up, the IBM Thinkpad logo comes onto the screen and then a black screen with that error message. When I press any key, the error message repeats itself each time.
Also, as instructed by another forum, I had my HD listed as the first one on the boot up
Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

Thanks.
