Examining your HijackThis log, I can see that your computer is still pretty much infected. You will need to get a malware removal expert (gold shield) to help you clean your computer. They're the only ones permitted to assist you in these matters.

I can see you have a new thread in the Malware Removal forum. You will need to be very patient though. These guys have a huge work load and are not that many.

I used Malware bytes, that doesn't work??? Also after using Malware bytes I had only 3 infected files left, 1 of them is unaccessable but I believe is the one that is causing the problems, the only problem is I cant find the file in the folder, the folder is C:/Documents and settings/ Farhan/Local settings/temp/ <---

It should be in this file, I cant locate the Local settings file in the "Farhan" folder. Help?

The other 2 are located in the registry.

Hey, does that mean I don't stink at reading them?

The malware removal team will help you remove the remaining infections. MBAM is not enough.

A gold shield is a qualified malware removal member of the forum. You'll see them in the Malware Removal forum, helping you with your issue.

They'll get to you as soon as they can, but like Phantom said, they have a huge workload.
Also, I wouldn't really recommend messing with it until they respond. HJT's often only show part of the problem, and you can make things even worse if it's not handled properly.
Sorry I can't be more help.
Good luck with your brother.
