I've been looking for a good, free registry cleaner that will work well.
Any suggestions are appreciated. | | Distinguished Member with 3,647 posts. | | | | You don't need one......Registry cleaners can be dangerous
What problems are you having??? | | Junior Member with 24 posts. | | Join Date: Jun 2007 Experience: Advanced | | None, but I have remains of programs no longer on my computer, and I want to get rid of them all. | | Distinguished Member with 2,826 posts. | | Join Date: Jan 2005 Location: Nebraska Experience: Intermediate | | When you have been here and browsed this site a while longer, I think you will find that most of us do NOT recommend using registry cleaners. Many problems can be had because of what they do.

When you open ccleaner, select the 2nd tab, scroll down to near the bottom of the list, and uncheck regedit.
