Java Installation Problems
Hi, I uninstalled Java a while back accidently while i was cleaning up my computer, I need java for alot of programs that i run.

I tried to reinstall java recently (2-3 days ago) and after running java, The Installation window came up, I completed the Installation. Directly after that a window came up and said

"Java has already been installed on your computer would you like to install it again?"

If i click No, the window closes, and I still cannot run any of my software that requires Java.

If i click Yes, the same window appears again, from there:

If i click No, the same happens

If i click Yes, the window appears again, the same responce for No, is always the same, The window keeps appearing for 2 more times of clicking "Yes" and then it closes completley. I still cannot run any of my Java Software.

In the Add or remove programs section, the only Java software to appear is. "Java(TM) 6 Update 14". When i try to remove this from my system the following message appears, "Are you sure you want to remove Java(TM) 6 Update 14 from your computer" I click Yes, the following message appears:"Fatal Error during Installation". It then returns me to the Add or remove program screen.

I need help getting my java up and running, Well appretiated if anybody can help Thank you.

Ok i did what you said, Once the Java download has completed the same error message "Java has already been installed on your computer would you like to install it again?" And the same things happen. :S any ideas of what i can do to solve this. Also Straight after that message is displayed and i click "Yes" The Following message appears: "This action is only valid for products that are currently installed" giving me "Ok" as the only response. It just makes no sense. After that the First message re-appears.
