My ipod shuffle shows up when I open Itunes, but the Itunes on my account will not let me drop songs into the shuffle. I drag them over there and it looks like they are going in, but when I look the contents of my shuffle there is nothing there.

I took my shuffle to another computer and it worked fine, so I'm pretty sure there is something wrong with my account. It also worked when I went to my son's account on the same computer. Plus I can put songs on his ipod on my account.

I updated the latest Itunes download.

Any ideas? What can I do to get my Itunes to get along with my shuffle again?

I even bought a new shuffle and it has the same issue.
