This was a closed thread so I thought I would post. We have an Integral Master Control DVX. Would be happy to help or disuss any issues.

We are archiving to a network share and having issues.

If anybody has had experience with this software I need some help with it, as the company Integral has been bought over. The software itself is digital camera monitoring software, and it has some bugs that I needs help with. Such as users cannot remote search saved video with remote view client, and there is an annoying gray bar that appears on the bottom of all live view camera screens on any remote view client, but not on the server console, so the capture card is not fried, it looks super-imposed but I shut off the on screen display and it still did not go away. It just appeared one day when I reset the server.

Any help is greatly appreciated and i am ready to toss this $5000 piece.
