Adobe flash problems
I'm getting very choppy video feeds through sites such as Hulu (except not youtube), and flash games are very choppy and run slowly, using both firefox and ie8. This only happens in full screen and pop-out modes - it's fine embedded. audio is fine throughout.

Computer specs:
Vaio laptop, Windows Vista 64x Business
Intel Core 2 Duo P8800 @2.66GHz
4gb ram
Graphics card: NVIDIA GeForce 9300M GS
Adobe Flash 10.0.32.18

I'm uninstalled and reinstalled both flash and shockwave, as well as unchecked the hardware acceleration option. Videos run fine on my dell laptop, which had worse specs across the board and was running xp. I've tried searching for fixes but can't find anything that works. Help would be greatly appreciated
