ISO File Software
Can anyone recommend software to download (preferably free) for opening an ISO file? How exactly do these ISO files work?

God bless,

Phil.

Microsoft has a free utility for mounting iso files on a virtual CD drive with XP.
It is unsupported, but I have had no problems with it.

I think it's just a way of compressing a file to make it smaller. It's an image file. Take's an image off a CD. Should not be harmful to scan it.

Google ISO file for more info or check out:
