My mouse will not stop double clicking
I think this is a software issue, because my mouse is in perfectly good shape physically, from what I can tell. It's a Dell wireless mouse and up until a few weeks ago always worked perfectly fine. Then, one day it just started incessantly double clicking any time i click the left click button. This only occurs when left clicking. I have checked my mouse settings and everything looks fine. At one point I tried slowing my click speed down all the way and it still did it. Does anyone know of any solutions?

Try it on another computer or change that for another mouse on yours and see what happens . If the problem still exist using that mouse on another computer the problem points to your mouse .
