Solved: Blue "Volume" Meter that will not go away
Hey all, I'm running Windows 7 Professional and lately I've been having a problem with this blue volume meter that randomly appears in the bottom right corner of the screen and stays there, whether I'm in a game, restart my computer, or other wise. Sometimes it stays for only a few minutes, other times it stays for hours. It doesn't appear that Windows even knows that it is there, because it does not show up on screen shots or in any process or service list Was hoping on getting some help, here is what it looks like:
