rundll32 problem,please help
hi i am new here ,so if i have posted in the wrong section i opologise.
my problem is a few days ago,my computer got a virus,i believe it is called the google redirect virus, someone advised me to but kaspersky which i installed on my laptop and did a scan,it found 2 trojans, kaspersky didn,t give me an option to remove,i don,t know if this programme automatically does this itself, anyway i performed another scan and it didn,t find anything so i am presuming that kaspersky removed it,
but when i restart my laptop the icons to get kaspersky up disappear, and iit says rundll32 cannot access file,
i think the rundll32 has been damaged by the virus, which is preventing me from installing anything,i can,t afford to take my laptop in for repair,i can,t install windows again with the recovery cd,because it stops when it is expanding files,
my laptop is a fujitsu siemens esprimo mobile, running windows vista home basic,

please help i am desperate,

if all else fails how can i reset my laptop to factory settings?and would it fix the problem?

Please be patient and avoid these kinds of remarks on forums with volunteer helpers. It won't get you faster help.

Please click here to download and install the HijackThis installer.

Run it and select Do a system scan and save a logfile.

The log will be saved in Notepad. Copy and paste the log in your next post.

Do not fix anything
