Exclamation MS Money
Would like to transfer all of my data from MS Money 2005 to Quicken. Microsoft does not support MS Money anymore. Reading the user guide that came with Quicken there seems to be no simple or accurate way to do it.
Any suggestions.
Thanks
ES

Sure MS doesn't support it but you can keep using it. We still use Money 2004 on Windows 7.

I did research this just a couple of weeks ago and if Memory serves me correctly there are tutorials out there on Quickens website. but I believe you need to be running a newer version of Money then what you are running now for it to work.

I read that Quicken was providing support for MS Money users to migrate off. What version of Quicken are you using, and did you check their website?

If Quicken's method isn't perfect, then nothing will be. There are differences between the programs, so some manual tweaking after the conversion isn't unexpected.

EDIT: You might try posting your questions / problems with the conversion in Quicken's user community. I've found it to be very helpful.
